Ellen Gibson (she/her)

Founder and Principal Consultant

Ellen Gibson is an experienced and adaptive leader who brings a strong background in nonprofit leadership, project management, stakeholder and community engagement, strategic planning, and organizational development.

She is a skilled facilitator and collaborator with deep experience in process design, program evaluation, personnel management, organizational culture, and nonprofit financial management. She has dedicated her career to advancing racial justice and gender equity through personal actions, by coaching workplace leaders, and developing and implementing intentional policies and programs. She also loves playing music with friends (she plays bass, guitar, and percussion) and spending time outside with her dog.

Ellen draws on a diverse network of collaborators to build customized teams, as appropriate for each project.
