Founder and Principal Consultant
Ellen is a skilled facilitator and collaborator with deep experience in nonprofit leadership. Her strengths include adaptive leadership, process design, project management, stakeholder and community engagement, strategic planning, and organizational development.
She is passionate about advancing racial justice and gender equity through personal actions, by coaching workplace leaders, and developing and implementing intentional policies and programs.
Ellen also loves playing music with friends (she plays bass, guitar, and percussion) and spending time outdoors with her dog.
We draw on a diverse network of collaborators to build customized teams, as appropriate for each project.
